There are very few Canadian events that embody the essence of community more than Third Tuesday. For several years, Canadian social media leaders have come together at these monthly events to explore the latest in social media, to identify best practices and to connect with their peers.

There are two Third Tuesday events happening this week:

• Tonight (June 22), Third Tuesday Ottawa will welcome Chris Wightman, the City of Ottawa’s Manager of eMedia;
• Tomorrow night (June 23), Third Tuesday Toronto will feature Nora Young, host of CBC Radio One’s Spark.
